6 Yr Old Writes A Book For FIFO Kids - The Adventures Of A FIFO Kid

According to the author, Azélia Walter (6), the real adventures begin when you are missing someone special.

This little creative has her very first book published at the age of 6! Azélia Walter has penned a children's book called The Adventures of a FIFO Kid.

"Fly out day is never fun! Luckily for these kids, they have discovered some fun adventures to go on whilst their parent is away working FIFO jobs.

According to the author, the real adventures begin when you are missing someone special."

Accompanied by her mum and fellow KMD Books author Yasmin Walter (The FIFO Wives' Tales), Azélia attended her first live radio show.

Miss Walter lead the creative direction for her book and would often tell her mum when she didn't agree with her suggestions with a strong "This is my book, I'm the author."

On her social media pages @onelittleauthor, she posts fun art tutorials and slime ASMR videos.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Student by day. Author by night.

Azélia Walter is a 6 year old who loves creating. She spends most of her leisure time drawing, painting, cutting, and gluing. She also loves story time before bed, and now, she reads to her younger sister (that’s if the younger sister isn’t trying to rip the pages in the meantime). Many times, Azélia would come out of her room and surprise her parents with books that she had made from paper and staples or sticky tape. The content would always be of her family or animals she wants to have as pets. Gentle with her approach, Azélia is passionate about helping her family, friends and animals. This combined with her love of learning and teaching (again to her younger sister who has to play the student) it was only necessary, that she should be given the opportunity to explore her love for books from printing paper and staples, to the real thing and share her love with the world.
